Support Staff for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a Support Staff member to join our team at a primary school in Nuneaton. This role involves providing support to students with special educational needs and requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy.
About the Role- Work with individuals or small groups of students both within the classroom and in other learning settings.
- Offer support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
- Build strong, positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
- Experience working with children in KS1 or KS2.
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary: £85-£100 per day
