About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Finance Tutor to join our team at Study Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to international students on our Level 3 and Level 6 programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Accounting and Finance modules to groups of international students
  • Mark and provide feedback on student assessments
  • Coordinate the Accounting and Finance module, including leading a team of tutors and ensuring module materials are up-to-date
  • Develop and enhance teaching materials to ensure effective delivery of the module
  • Create formative and summative assessments
  • Set up and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for the module
  • Engage with quality assurance procedures, including quality checking assessments and double marking exam scripts

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Accounting and Finance, with experience of teaching in a UK Higher Education or Further Education setting. A PhD or Master's degree in a relevant subject is required, and experience of teaching Management at RQF level 6 is desirable. You should also have experience of assessment marking and writing assessments at a minimum of RQF level 3.
