Job Title: Sports Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at GSL Education in Newcastle.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective sports sessions to students, promoting physical fitness and well-being, and fostering a positive attitude towards health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality sports sessions tailored to students' needs and abilities.
  • Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards health and well-being.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students during sports activities.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support students' overall development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in sports coaching or physical education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
