Career Teachers is recruiting for committed Psychology graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in primary schools across Southwark. This role involves supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and providing individualized guidance and encouragement to help them succeed.
Responsibilities:- Work directly with SEN children, offering one-on-one and small group support to aid their learning and development.
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes inclusivity and motivates children to learn.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in supporting children with SEN
- Compassionate and patient approach when working with children who have diverse needs
- Knowledge of behavioural management strategies and understanding of SEN conditions (autism, ADHD, etc.)
