About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care
