This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can deliver high-quality interventions to offenders, helping them develop confidence and a positive mindset through structured programs and personalized support.

• To prepare and deliver group and individual interventions that cater to the diverse needs of offenders.
• To foster a positive environment that encourages offenders to engage in constructive dialogue and reflect on their actions.

1. Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment with the ability to drive performance through focused performance management.
2. An understanding of the barriers faced by offenders/ex-offenders in reintegrating into society and the ability to manage challenging behavior.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £31,000 per annum
