About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in embracing life to the fullest, promoting independence within a kind and compassionate setting.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
As a Care Assistant at Runwood Homes, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care and creating a warm and welcoming environment where every moment counts.
What We Offer
- Estimated Salary: £11.50 per hour (based on 36 hours a week)
