Kreston Reeves is a leading accounting and advisory firm seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to join our Canterbury office.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented individual to manage and process specific private client tax workflow directly to clients and to other SLs, providing high-quality client service experience while ensuring adherence to individual job budgets and maximum fee recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process private client tax workflow, ensuring timely completion and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, working closely with senior colleagues to drive growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with tax legislation, HMRC policy, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
