Crew Clothing is a brand that believes clothes are about more than just fashion. Our designs are inspired by the spirit of the south coast, and we're looking for a Store Manager who shares our passion for timeless British style.

Purpose of the Role:As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in sales, KPIs, and other areas of measured success. You will lead a team of retail professionals, motivating and developing them to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver LFL growth of sales and KPI performance in the store
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability
- Comply with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team
- Develop, review, and appraise your team based on key performance indicators and performance manage poor performers
- Ensure integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviours and uniform standards of the team
- Control payroll and other store expenditures, ensuring they come within budget
- Train and induct your team to deliver excellent customer service
