Business Growth Specialist

BUUK Infrastructure No 2 Limited is seeking a Business Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the multi-utility connections market.
The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring sales targets are met, building strong relationships with clients, monitoring competitor activity, and assisting in the development of new products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Support Team, Marketing, and Head of Sales to identify and secure new sales opportunities.
We offer a highly competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme and benefits package. Our company car or car allowance policy ensures you can commute comfortably. We also provide enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay, as well as £1,000 net of tax for referring friends and family.
