Internal Account Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with trade customers to drive business growth through telephone-based prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the line manager to contribute to the annual strategic plan.
  • Develop a value proposition for accounts you are responsible for.
  • Make prospect calls to non-spending branches and prospects.
  • Manage accounts according to the call-cycle.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for accounts you are responsible for.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure leads are developed.
  • Send product information as required and ensure incoming enquiries are dealt with promptly.
  • Monitor trade accounts' spend in conjunction with sales target tracking.
  • Drive technology improvements to enhance department efficiency, including CRM enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact details in the CRM system.
  • Provide data and reports to the line manager as required.
  • Assist with telephone answering and account management, including dealing with queries/issues.
Requirements:
  • Customer service, marketing, and sales training are advantageous.
  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to understand customer requirements to increase business.
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and HubSpot.
  • A passion for the cause and respect for investor board values.
  • Strong attention to detail and a hunger to learn market and product information.
  • Must be a team player.
