Job Description

**Governance and Compliance Lead**

We are seeking an experienced Governance and Compliance Lead to join our team at Brookwood Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Governance and Compliance team and ensuring adherence to Public Sector Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the new Procurement Act throughout the business, understanding operational implications and identifying innovations to improve solutions provided.
  • Ensure adherence with Public Sector Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15).
  • Oversee the Governance and Compliance team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Public Contract Regulations (2015).
  • Awareness of the new Procurement Act (2023).
  • Proven track record in end-to-end public tendering.
  • Ability to engage with multi-level stakeholders.
