Job Description:

As an Animal Care Professional in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting routine and emergency surgeries, prioritizing the welfare of animals at all times
  • Diagnosing and treating animals with various conditions, using your expertise and knowledge to provide effective solutions
  • Providing exceptional client communication and support, building strong relationships with clients and their pets
  • Collaborating with the veterinary team for optimal patient care, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the quality of care provided
  • Participating in continued professional development and training, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in veterinary medicine or a related field
  • Previous surgical experience, preferably in a veterinary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
