Resident Fellow Graduate Programme Overview

As a Resident Fellow, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding education and care to students in a state boarding school environment. Our structured training programme will enhance your knowledge and skills across a breadth of areas, allowing you to apply your specialism to enhance the provision we offer our students and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality education and care to students
  • Collaborating effectively with staff, parents, and carers
  • Communicating clearly and tactfully with students, staff, and parents
  • Maintaining positive relationships and working effectively within a large team

We are looking for a highly competent graduate with a strong degree or equivalent qualification, who is passionate about education and childhood development. If you are a positive role model, able to work effectively under pressure, and have a willingness to accept responsibility for your actions, we would love to hear from you.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong degree or equivalent qualification
  • Positive role model for pupils and staff
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and carers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working with children
  • Experience of working in a residential setting
  • Experience of working in an educational setting
