About the Role

This full-time position, based at our busy Northallerton town centre office, offers a competitive salary based on experience, from £21,500pa to £26,000pa. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating offers on properties for sale and lettings, liaising between all parties, and progressing sales through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating offers on properties for sale and lettings
  • Liaising between all parties and progressing sales through to completion
  • Being a point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face
  • Valid full driving licence and full-time access to a vehicle with business cover
Requirements
  • IT literate with the ability to use Word and Excel, as well as Jupix property management software (full training given)
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
