Financial Reporting Advisory Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Advisory Senior to join our team at Johnston Carmichael. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statutory financial statements for clients with minimal supervision, including consolidated financial statements, using Microsoft Word and CCH Accounts Production software, in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver statutory financial statements and advisory work.
  • Support accounting advisory projects on application and interpretation of existing and new accounting standards.
  • Brief, train, and de-brief Assistants, providing formal feedback as required.
  • Liaise with client staff, both on-site and online, to build effective relationships.
Requirements:
  • ICAS, ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills and an enquiring mind.
  • Particular interest in financial reporting and developments within the field.
