About the Role

Lambeth Council's Adult Services is seeking a highly skilled Approved Mental Health Professional to join their Disability Focus Team on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking statutory responsibilities as an AMHP under the Mental Health Act, working closely with the Centralised Day Time AMHP service.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a Social Work qualification, be registered with Social Work England, and have an Enhanced DBS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confidently undertake all statutory responsibilities as an AMHP under the Mental Health Act
  • Work closely with the Centralised Day Time AMHP service
