**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Robot Operator to join our team at W R Evans Group of Companies - Manor Pharmacy. As a Robot Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Hub Manager, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Ensure all MDS devices are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to Branch needs, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the Hub Manager to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for the MDS unit, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor stock levels and adjust orders accordingly, ensuring optimal inventory management.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • Previous experience in community pharmacy or retail, with a strong understanding of medication dispensing and customer service principles.
  • Ability to undertake relevant training in Pharmacy Services, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
