Job Title: Senior Manager of Support Services

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Support Services will be responsible for managing the implementation of Terminal Operating System (TOS) at the regional level and leading the regional professional team to deliver DPWorld owned Zodiac Solutions such as TOS+, GC+, IoT+ and AVA+ as per terminal BU requirements within the schedule and budget allocated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional professional services team of Zodiac in delivering Zodiac solutions in the region on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Execute project implementation activities such as infrastructure setup with local IT, UAT, key user training, conference room pilot, parallel run, go-live, and post go-live support.
  • Work closely with the product team and user group in defining functional requirements of TOS required for the responsible region such as Rail operation, EDI, General Cargo, and system interface requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis with understanding of Zodiac product features and current processes of the terminal with the help of business analysts.
  • Provide feedback on the latest trends in terminal operations and IT technology such as AI and machine learning and contribute to the product roadmap by presenting expectations and requirements from the region.
  • Manage regional accounts as the regional representative of Zodiac for all Zodiac related issues in support and system enhancement and upgrade of the system with the help of the Zodiac product team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working in the container terminal business domain as yard/vessel planner, TOS implementation team lead, or project manager.
  • Candidate who has hands-on experience in both container terminal operation and TOS implementation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent projects/customers.
  • Experience managing TOS implementation projects consisting of 3 or more people.
  • Experience working with distributed delivery teams, consisting of on and offshore resources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively conveying key messages to executive-level individuals.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed, mainly in Europe but other regions when necessary.
