Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping.
  • Accompany clients on outings, such as shopping or appointments.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to our team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
