This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and creating welcoming environments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure a spotless environment.
  • Change guest bed sheets, clean bathrooms, and toilets to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Empty bins and clean communal areas to prevent any unpleasant odors or messes.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to guarantee they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure that guest items are left safely in their rooms and report any lost or damaged items to supervisors immediately.
  • Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed to ensure we always have sufficient materials on hand.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy to provide exceptional customer service.
Reporting Structure:

The successful candidate will be answerable to the Head Housekeeper and will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist in training new team members when required to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and standards in the industry.
RequirementsEssential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or property management.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
