About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IP Lawyer to join our team in London. As a Senior IP Lawyer, you will be responsible for acting on complex patent disputes for a range of high-profile clients across the technology, life sciences, and consumer industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act on valuable, complex, and important IP disputes for a range of high-profile clients.
  • Gain experience with one of London's best law firms, with training from expert partners.
  • Assistance with relocation provided by the company.
  • Generous remuneration and bonus scheme + assistance with relocation costs.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years' PQE in the UK or 3 to 6 years' PQE in Australia. Will also look at more senior candidates for other roles at international firms.
  • Experience in IP disputes and/or patent litigation gained at a top-tier or international firm in Australia, or a magic or silver circle firm in the UK.
  • Has experience in multi-jurisdictional patent litigation.
  • Previous qualifications in science, computer science, chemistry, biology, electronics, engineering, pharmacology, or a similar area would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong academics.
