Austin Fraser is a global brand leader seeking a talented and experienced legal professional to fill the role of Legal Counsel in our Cambridge office.

About the Opportunity:
  • Salary: ££80,000 - £100,000 per annum

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our business with key areas of statutory compliance, including anti-bribery, modern slavery, data protection, and export control.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and draft commercial contracts, including NDAs, master service agreements, terms and conditions, SOWs, research and development contracts, consulting agreements, technical testing agreements, and procurement contracts.
  2. Support the business in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Deliver training sessions on compliance issues and other key areas for the business.
  4. Support special acquisitions and strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • UK qualified solicitor or barrister with 2+ years PQE.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial law and contracts, as well as related areas of statutory compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy.
