Join Our Team as a Children's Support Worker

We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in our Wisbech-based children's homes. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and engaging environment, promoting learning and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92.
  • 168 hours of paid annual leave per annum.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Hold a valid driving license, as driving is essential for the role.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
