We are seeking an ambitious and organized Business Administrator Apprentice to join our team at Squire Patton Boggs in Leeds. As a key member of our business operations department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development plans and providing exceptional administrative support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our experienced team to assist with business development plans, arrange events, update data capture platforms, and provide complete administrative support.

About the Role
* Assist Business Development Managers with business development plans and events.
* Update and maintain the firm's data capture platforms.
* Provide complete administrative support, prioritizing work and assisting with client billing, expenses, and document management.
* Assist with scanning, printing, and photocopying documents, as well as telephone calls and messages.
* Support with the internal and external seminars, client events, and client training sessions.
* General administrative tasks, including updating contacts in Outlook and ordering business cards.
