About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part Time Brand Specialist, working in a luxury retail environment where you will share a passion for our brand and our values with our customers and colleagues.

As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for leading by example and putting all the PVH Values to practice, inspiring your team to generate sales & profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations to drive store KPI's.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clienteles.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensure shop floor maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
  • Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.

About You

  • You'll connect with consumers and have a previous track record within hospitality or retail.
  • You'll be an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate to win.
