The ideal candidate will have an appropriate qualification, such as SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, or SCQF level 7 equivalent, and the eligibility to register with SSSC. They will be committed to continually enhancing knowledge and skills through working collegiately and through Continuing Professional Learning (CLPL).

Job Description Summary

This role involves providing high-quality care and education for children aged 2 to 5 years, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver flexible and inclusive care that meets the needs of all learners.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 (term-time only) and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should hold an appropriate qualification, such as SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, or SCQF level 7 equivalent, and have the eligibility to register with SSSC.

You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to listen to and respond to learner needs, show enthusiasm for early learning and childcare, and be committed to continually enhancing knowledge and skills through working collegiately and through CLPL.
