Academic Lead in Psychology

We are seeking an accomplished Academic Lead in Psychology to take charge of our innovative department. As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for shaping the educational journey of our students and driving academic excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
* Lead and manage a team of teachers to ensure seamless delivery of teaching and learning experiences
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychology and education, applying this knowledge to improve teaching practices
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
Requirements:
* A strong educational background in psychology or a related field
* Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Charterhouse offers a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, death in service benefit, and membership of the School's Sports Club.
