As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to business unit directors in achieving business objectives;
  • Delivering high-quality building surveying services that meet customer requirements;
  • Overseeing building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects;
  • Communicating effectively with clients and project team members;
  • Mentoring and coaching employees to enhance their performance.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Broad experience in Building Surveying, post MRICS qualification;
  • Practical knowledge of building surveying tasks and delivery strategies;
  • In-depth understanding of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies;
  • Clear comprehension of legislation impacting building contracts;
  • Ability to motivate others and lead high-performance teams;
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy management skills;
  • Strong ICT skills, proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
