We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Home Manager at Chase Medical. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents.

About the Role

The Deputy Home Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home, maintaining excellent standards of care, safety, and efficiency. This includes supervising staff and ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Registered Manager in managing the home, including staff supervision and quality care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective home management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Deputy Home Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
