Job Title: Child and Family Assessment Specialist
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
In this role, you will work in our Children's First Contact Team (CFCT) screening pod and conduct family visits to assess risk and inform next steps.
You will have advanced understanding of threshold and risk, working closely with our Assessment Team and Early Intervention Service to deliver timely services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and risk evaluations for families
- Develop and implement support plans for families
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues on assessment and support practices
