Chief Growth Officer

At Allied Insulators Ltd, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the continued growth of our business and ensure its long-term success. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing a sound business growth strategy, and taking full ownership of sales and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales revenue and margins, prepare quotes and tenders as necessary
- Identify market opportunities and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement a business growth strategy for future success
- Take complete P&L ownership and maintain a focus across operational functions of the business to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Directors
- Identify and arrange participation in marketing events such as exhibitions and technical forums
Requirements:
- Strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle pressure when needed and have strong planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrable experience in delivering customer satisfaction
- Financially and commercially astute with a track record of delivering and exceeding agreed targets
- Experienced in budget and report writing at a senior level
- Strong leader with excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate others
- Pragmatic with an energetic, persuasive and engaging personality
- Resourceful solutions provider with an entrepreneurial flair
Preferred: Experience in the electricity transmission, distribution or rail infrastructure industry.
