Regulatory Solicitor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Regulatory Solicitor, you will be responsible for investigating the conduct of professionals, drafting charges and reports, and gathering evidence.

The Role

  • Investigate the conduct of professionals and draft relevant charges and reports.
  • Gather evidence and prepare case bundles.
  • Coordinate with professionals, witnesses, and other stakeholders involved in the regulatory process.
  • Attend hearings and support counsel during tribunals.
  • Assist with appeals in the High Court.

The Candidate

  • Qualified solicitors, barristers, and legal executives with extensive experience of investigatory casework are encouraged to apply.
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barristers from other common law jurisdictions would also be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, enabling them to analyse information and evidence effectively.
  • They will be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently.
