Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

At New Resource Recruitment, our mission is to deliver exceptional staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and candidates.

Role Purpose:

As a key member of our team, the Recruitment Consultant plays a vital role in driving our business forward. This includes:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals
  • Cultivating a robust network of clients and candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement
  • Designing and deploying recruitment solutions that enhance our ability to attract high-calibre candidates
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to gain deep insight into the position and team dynamics
  • Conducting meticulous reference checks and background screenings to uphold our commitment to high-calibre hires
  • Forging lasting relationships with clients and managing all service levels and standards
  • Actioning compliance, regulatory governance, controls, and escalation of issues as the first line of defence
Core Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong business development skills to source new clients and drive revenue growth
  • Mastery of recruitment tools and systems to create efficiencies within the role and function
  • A proven track record in managing relationships with clients and candidates, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs
  • Outstanding ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Core Experience and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least one year's experience working in the recruitment sector, with a proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced, result-oriented role
  • Excellent recruitment, client onboarding, retention, relationship management, and project delivery skills
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, regulations, and IT/Word and other relevant computer software
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods, and familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
