Trainee Financial Adviser Programme

This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in financial services. Our 12-month Trainee Adviser Programme is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this field.

Throughout the programme, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of financial services and regulations.
  • Develop technical expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Become proficient in financial software and technology.
  • Enhance your communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Programme Structure

The programme is divided into two stages:

Stage One (First Nine Months):
Focus on theoretical knowledge and skill development through structured training sessions.
Develop technical expertise in financial planning and regulation.

Stage Two (Last Three Months):
Apply learned skills in real-world scenarios through hands-on work with clients and colleagues.
Evaluate and refine your performance to meet the needs of clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Up to three years of experience in sectors such as sales, banking, mortgages, or customer service.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • A full UK driving licence (manual preferred).
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
