Global Banking School is currently seeking a dedicated Business Professor to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Business, Project Management or Business Psychology.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering lectures, facilitating discussions, and guiding students through complex business theories and practices. A commitment to academic excellence and innovative teaching methods is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met, using various learning and teaching methods/materials.
  • Develop, update, and improve course materials as appropriate.
  • Manage and lead modules/units.
  • Stay up-to-date with subject-specific and pedagogic innovations.
  • As part of a team, engage and retain students actively.
  • Attend meetings as required, contributing to the decision-making process and developing productive working relationships within teams.
  • Participate in staff development activities and peer observations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a relevant subject area, with a PhD or equivalent professional experience in the related discipline.
  • A Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or commitment to enroll on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years.
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses.
  • Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter.
  • A firm commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Attention to detail and accurate reporting.
  • Ability to maintain thorough and organised student records.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan, and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
