As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Conduct audits and research to inform clinical practice and service development.
  • Provide education and training to staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of 4 years' postgraduate OT experience, including 2 years working as a Band 6 with patients with complex needs.
  • Experience of working within an Acute Inpatient environment or similar system.
  • Advanced clinical reasoning skills, leadership and management skills, and ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable Criteria
  • Clinical leadership experience.
  • Involvement in sickness/disciplinary/capability management.
  • Excellent IT skills and presentation skills.
Language

Able to speak English as necessary to undertake the role.
