R&D Future Leadership Scheme Professional

The R&D Future Leadership Scheme is a 3-year global program designed to develop technical and leadership skills in recent graduates. This structured program provides a breadth of experience, supporting the development of future leaders within Reckitt.
As a participant, you will focus on developing and delivering innovations for world-renowned brands, building resiliency into products, and growing understanding of cross-functional partnerships. You will work on active projects and product development, utilizing your degree and educational knowledge in a live setting.
Responsibilities- Develop leadership fundamentals through working on power brands such as Dettol, Nurofen, and Gaviscon.
- Build knowledge of consumer insights to inform innovations and meet consumer needs.
- Be a technical project leader, owning, driving, and delivering projects while developing project management skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate and build shared success with cross-functional partners to deliver business-led outcomes.
- A relevant scientific degree.
- A positive and inquisitive mindset with the curiosity to challenge and ask questions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical colleagues.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize tasks/projects.
- Ability to listen and absorb constructive feedback and guidance.
- Confidence to present and feedback to stakeholders of all levels.
