Concession Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concession Merchandiser to join our team in Newcastle. As a Concession Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal and sales performance of our concession shops within your assigned route.
Key Responsibilities- Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Validate all carton deliveries from the Distribution Center to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise.
- Implement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines to maintain a consistent and attractive store layout.
- Replenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor, meeting customer demand and driving sales.
- Ensure promotions and sales are in line with operational requirements, maximizing sales and revenue.
- Organize extra stock in assigned areas, including inside tower storage and stockroom, to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required, maintaining accurate records and minimizing losses.
- Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales performance, suggesting and implementing changes to drive sales growth.
- Maintain a clean and tidy Concession area at all times, ensuring products are not left on the floor and the store environment is safe and appealing.
- Lead and train partner team members by example, demonstrating good product knowledge and providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Provide regular updates to the Concessions District Sales Manager on performance, offering feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.
