Business Development Opportunity

A leading sustainable recycling and total waste management business is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, winning and developing strategic accounts, and ensuring retention and growth of existing business.

Key responsibilities include:

* Building and managing a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities

* Owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal, close, and account management

* Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth

Requirements:

* Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management or similar

* Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills

* Uncapped commission paid monthly, with a double OTE of £80k

* Remote, flexible, field-based role with a car allowance, laptop, and phone

* Comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance and 25 days holiday a year
