We are seeking a highly skilled UX Engineering Manager to join our team at Ecm Selection. This role offers the opportunity to work on a complex system that combines advanced technologies with user-friendly interfaces.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in usability research, industry best practices, and experience in product development. They will be responsible for guiding the development team towards creating a safe and easy-to-use system.

Key responsibilities include analyzing use-stories, balancing engineering trade-offs, establishing working processes, and developing specifications and evaluation criteria.

A degree from a leading university, preferably with a higher degree or PhD, is required. Relevant subject areas include Product Design, Psychology, UX, Human Factors, or Ergonomics.

The ideal candidate should have experience in product usability engineering and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 13485, IEC 62366, and ANSI HE75.

The estimated salary for this position is around $130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
