Nursery Director

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our team in Windsor and contribute to the nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading the nursery's day-to-day operations to ensure a high standard of care and education for every child, creating exciting activities and experiences that promote learning through play.
2. Managing a dedicated team of early years practitioners, fostering their development and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

Requirements:

1. A qualified early years professional (Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education).
2. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing a nursery or similar setting.
3. A natural communicator who is passionate about supporting children's development and making a real difference in their lives.
4. Organised and proactive, with strong decision-making skills and a desire to continuously improve the nursery's standards.
