At Vertiv, we are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Southampton, UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing new sales from inbound leads derived through our established network and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Establish Vertiv as a trusted supplier of choice by delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage and track sales opportunities through our C1 Quote Platform, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Director to design and execute a sales strategy that targets account growth and share of wallet capture.
  • Contribute to forecast, pipeline reviews, and project coordination meetings to drive key opportunities and growth within our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales-focused environments with a proven track record of success.
  • Commercial experience in identifying and understanding customer needs, with a strong ability to fulfill them.
  • Experience in the enterprise industry and sub-segments, with a deep understanding of critical engineering applications, services, or products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively and in a team environment.
  • Ability to represent Vertiv successfully at meetings with customers at all levels.
