Financial Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our finance team at WendyB Ltd. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on accounts experience.
- Good IT skills and experience with Excel, Word, etc.
- Local to Fleet, UK, and able to work from the office location.
- Experience with Xero is desirable, but training can be provided.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from up to £29,000 pa (pro rata) depending on experience.
- Part time hours - 3 full days or 25 hours worked across Mon - Fri.
- Opportunity for AAT study support if desired.
- Private medical insurance provided post-probation.
- Flexibility with 1 day per week remote work after the initial training period.
- Company bonus scheme, offering up to 5% per annum based on company targets.
- 21 days of annual leave plus an additional day off for your birthday.
