Key Responsibilities:- Deliver the UK firm's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion plan in partnership with HRBP colleagues to support service line action plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to embed EDI into all aspects of the business, ensuring equal access to opportunity for a talented, diverse workforce.
- Support senior leaders to build a more inclusive culture by offering expertise and guidance.
