Key Responsibilities:
  • Removal of items from end-of-tenancy homes and moving them into storage.
  • Clearance of gardens, including furniture and ornaments, and dismantling furniture when necessary.
  • Conducting general cleaning tasks, window cleaning, and maintaining the cleanliness of car parks and public toilets.
  • Undertaking commercial cleaning of properties and public buildings, as well as void properties, ensuring high standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be physically fit to handle manual tasks.
  • Available to work 5 out of 7 days a week, primarily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional extended hours from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • A van can be provided for transportation to various job sites.
  • Candidates should be prepared to work in houses of varying conditions, excluding properties associated with deaths.
