About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving the growth of fleet van sales across the South East region. As a Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and related KPIs within a 12-month period
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
- Enhance the image and reputation of Rubber Duck Cars while supporting its commercial interests
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
- Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
- Ability to present at regional sales and dealership meetings
- Experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
- Knowledge of the van industry
- Full UK driving license is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
