At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset.
About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader who can develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and manage the day-to-day running of the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement person-centred support plans to ensure individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues to ensure a high-quality service.
- Manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality care and support, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve service goals.
We are looking for a Registered Manager with:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
- A Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
