About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Support Manager to join our team at Lord Accounting & Finance. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Partners/Directors and working directly with clients to conduct due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessments, and market research on a variety of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Partners/Directors in conducting due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessments, and market research on transactions
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified ACA/ACCA with 1-2 years of transaction or deals advisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Previous leadership/people management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
