This role involves overseeing all financial functions and processes within the business, focusing on people management and leadership. As a skilled leader, you will train, coach, and collaborate with both your team and the wider organisation.

1. Team Leadership & Development
   • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
   • Provide ongoing support to enhance team performance and growth.
2. Payroll Management
   • Prepare payroll for processing by the external payroll provider.
3. Financial Accounts & Processes
   • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes.
   • Prepare and deliver financial accounts and reports.
4. Audit Management
   • Establish and monitor internal audit processes.
   • Collate and manage information for external audits.
   • Train team members and ensure effective monitoring.
5. Financial Analysis & Reporting
   • Prepare management accounts and analyse financial performance.
6. Financial Modelling & Data Analysis
   • Develop financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
